Recommended Dose and Use
Local Application – Apply directly to skin as a personal scent or perfume.
Bath – Add 2-8 drops of undiluted essential oil with the same amount of liquid soap before adding it to the bath. Mix the water gently.
Massage - Mix 2 drops in 10ml of a carrier.
Direct Inhalation - Apply 1-6 drops to a tissue and inhale occasionally.
