Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Picea Mariana Bark Extract, Oakmoss Extract
Recommended Dose and Use
Adults: 1 - 6 Drop(s); 1 - 3 time(s) per day.
Diffuser - Add 6-8 drops in a burner or diffuser full of hot water.
Direct Inhalation - Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally. Use up to 3 times per day.
Do not use topically.
