Used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and cough.
Medicinal Ingredients: Tea Tree, Palmarosa, Clove, Peppermint, Cinnamon, Geranium, Eucalyptus globulus
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Balsam Fir
Recommended Dose and Use
Adults: 2 - 10 Drop(s); 1 - 3 time(s) per day.
Local application - Mix 2 to 10 drops into 10 ml of a carrier; apply to chest, throat,
and soles of feet; use up to 3 times per day.
Direct inhalation - Apply 1 to 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally; use up to 3 times per day.
Bath - Add 2 to 8 drops of undiluted essential oil blend to the same amount of liquid soap before adding it to the bath. Mix water gently. For maximum benefit, remain in the bath for
10 minutes; use once daily.
Diffuser - Add 6-8 drops in a burner or diffuser full of hot water.
Avoid exposure of applied area to the sun. If you have broken, irritated or sensitive skin, do not use this product topically.
