Medicinal Ingredients: Clary Sage, Geranium, Grapefruit
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Bergamot, Coriander
Recommended Dose and Use
Adults: 1 - 6 Drop(s); 1 - 3 time(s) per day.
Direct Inhalation – Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally. Use up to 3 times per day.
Steam Inhalation – Add 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of steaming water. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5 to 10 minutes. Up to 3 times per day.
Diffuser - Add 6-8 drops in a burner or diffuser full of hot water.
Do not expose the applied area to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application.
